Application Fees & Deposits

All application fees, security deposits, administratrive fees and 1st month's rent must be in the form of certified funds (money order or cashiers check).
- $50.00 non-refundable application fee per applicant
- $300.00 security deposit
- There is a $150.00 good faith deposit required to hold an apartment and another $150.00 due at move-in.

Pet Deposit

We gladly accept pets, with a 45-pound weight limit for all adult pets. There is a limit of one pet per household.
- A $400.00 non-refundable pet fee is due at move-in.
- All animals must be pre-approved by management and a picture of the pet on file. Please ask your Leasing Consultant for a list of breeds that are not accepted at our community.
